Raleigh, NC Working with trades nationwide A SunStone Associates Company
What We Do
Everything your business needs to look good, get found, and run online.
Website design, local SEO, and custom software — CRMs, integrations, and tools built for construction businesses — run as one relationship, not four different vendors who don't talk to each other.

01
Website Design & Build
A custom WordPress site — not a theme with your logo pasted on. Mobile-first, fast-loading, and structured around how homeowners actually search for a contractor.
Homeowners check more than your website before they call — Google, Trustpilot, Angi, Nextdoor, and review sites you've probably never even looked at. We manage your entire online presence, not just one profile.
Google Business Profile setup & optimization
Trustpilot, Yelp, Angi, BBB & niche directories
Review generation & response management
Consistent name / address / phone across the web
03
SEO & Local Search
Ranking for "roofer in [your town]" is a different job than ranking nationally. We build the site and the ongoing content around exactly those searches.
On-page SEO & technical cleanup
Local keyword & "near me" targeting
Ongoing blog / content strategy
Monthly reporting you can actually read
04
Custom CRM & Business Software
Off-the-shelf CRMs weren't built around how a construction business actually runs. We build custom systems around your real workflow — lead intake, job costing, crew scheduling — instead of forcing your business into someone else's software.
Custom lead & pipeline tracking
Job costing, scheduling & crew management tools
Customer portals for quotes, invoices & project updates
Built to grow with your business — no per-seat licensing markup
05
Marketing & Software Integrations
Your website shouldn't be an island. We connect it to the CRMs, marketing platforms, and back-office tools your business already runs on — so a lead that comes in through the site lands exactly where your team already works.
CRM integrations — HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus & more
Custom APIs connecting your site to any tool you run on
06
Custom Tools for the Field & Office
A template site can't do everything a construction business actually needs. We build the purpose-made web apps that fill the gap — for the crew in the field and the office running the job.
Estimating & quoting tools
Scheduling & dispatch software
Equipment / fleet tracking
Client-facing project portals
Custom Widgets
Interactive tools built right into your site.
Every site can ship with custom widgets tailored to your trade — not just static pages. These two were built for Cadmus Construction. Try them.

Live Demo · The Real Calculator Built for Cadmus
Instant Roof Cost Calculator
This is the actual 4-step estimator built for Cadmus Construction — homeowners get a real ballpark before they ever call. Try it below: submissions from this demo route to The Digital Keystone instead of Cadmus.

4Estimate
What's the property address?
We use this to prepare your personalized estimate.
What type of roof are you considering?
Choose the material you're most interested in — a real inspection can compare others.
Let's trace your roof
We'll pull up a satellite view of your address — trace the outline of your roof and we'll calculate the area automatically.
Scanning your roof from satellite imagery…
✓ Roof detected automatically
Detected roof area: —
We couldn't automatically detect this roof's outline for this address, so trace it manually below instead.
Click each corner of your roof to trace its outline — we'll close the shape and total the area as you go.
Traced footprint: —
Approximate home footprint (sq ft)
We couldn't load the satellite map for this address, so enter your home's approximate footprint instead — a real inspection confirms exact measurements.
Where should we send your estimate?
Enter your details to unlock your personalized estimate. This demo routes to The Digital Keystone — no pressure, no obligation.
By submitting, you agree to be contacted about your roofing estimate. We never sell your information.
This is a preliminary estimate based on typical Triangle-area pricing — not a formal quote. A real inspection confirms exact scope, materials, and final price.
Full-Service Development
Websites are the start — not the whole job.
Once the site's live, most contractors are still running their business through five different logins that don't talk to each other. We build the custom software that closes that gap — CRMs shaped around how you actually work, and integrations that connect your site to the tools your team already runs on.
Custom CRM & Business Software
A system built around your sales process and job workflow — not a generic CRM you have to bend your business to fit.
Lead & Pipeline TrackingJob CostingCrew SchedulingCustomer Portals
Marketing & Software Integrations
Your website connected to the CRMs, marketing platforms, and back-office tools you already run — so a lead never has to be re-typed by hand.
Interactive tools built right into your site — cost calculators, visual sliders, and anything else your trade needs. Every tool is different, so pricing is scoped per job rather than packaged.
Add-ons like extra service-area pages, before/after galleries, or blog setup run $300–$800 each, scoped per project.
FAQ
Straight answers before you commit to anything.
01Do I own the website once it’s built?
Yes. Once a project is paid in full, the site and everything in it is yours — we don't lock the build to our own platform or hold it hostage on a subscription.
02Do you host the website?
No — we don't host client sites. You keep your own hosting, which means you're never dependent on us to keep your site online. We're happy to recommend reliable hosts and handle the setup.
03How long does a build take?
Most Starter builds take a few weeks from kickoff to launch, depending mainly on how quickly we get your photos, licensing info, and project details back to us.
04Can I update the site myself later?
Yes — WordPress is built for that, and we can walk you through it. If you'd rather not touch it, Basic Updates and Maintenance is included in the Full-Service package.
05I already have a website — can you fix it instead of rebuilding?
Sometimes. We'll take an honest look and tell you whether it's worth salvaging or whether a rebuild will actually save you money long-term.
06Do you only work with construction businesses?
Construction and the trades are our focus — it's why our sites are built the way they are. If that's not your industry, reach out anyway and we'll tell you honestly if we're a fit.
Not sure which package fits?
Tell us about your business — we'll recommend a starting point, no pressure.
