This Privacy Policy describes how SunStone Associates, LLC, doing business as The Digital Keystone (“The Digital Keystone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website (the “Site”). The Digital Keystone is a brand operated by SunStone Associates, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company located at 6320 Wakefalls Drive, Wake Forest, NC 27587.

Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any project details or messages you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our hosting and analytics providers) automatically collect certain information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is typically collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from interactive tools. If you use an interactive feature on the Site that looks up an address or displays a map (for example, a project cost estimator), the address you enter is used only to power that feature and is processed through Google Maps Platform, subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

Free Tools – If you sign up for one of our free website tools, we collect your business name, email address, website and the settings you choose so we can provide the tool and contact you about it. If you use the Before & After Slider, the photos you upload are stored on our servers, resized for web use with camera metadata removed, and are displayed only inside your slider on the websites where you embed it. You can replace your photos at any time by running the tool’s generator again with the same email address, or ask us to delete them by emailing hello@thedigitalkeystone.com. By uploading photos you confirm you own them or have permission to use them.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, or to opt out of future communications, using the contact information below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
