What We Do

The website, the search rankings, and the software behind them.

Website design services for contractors, plus local SEO and custom software like CRMs and integrations. One company handles all of it, so you're not refereeing four vendors who blame each other.

01

Website Design & Build

A custom WordPress site, built from a blank file. Fast on a phone, laid out the way a homeowner looks for a contractor, and nothing on it you've seen on a competitor's site.

  • Custom design, not a stock theme
  • Project / before-&-after galleries
  • Quote-request & lead-capture forms
  • Service-area pages for every town you cover
  • Custom interactive widgets — cost calculators, before/after sliders
02

Online Presence Management

Before anyone calls they check Google, then Nextdoor, then a couple of review sites you've never looked at. We keep all of it accurate, answered and current, not just the one listing.

  • Google Business Profile setup & optimization
  • Trustpilot, Yelp, Angi, BBB & niche directories
  • Review generation & response management
  • Consistent name / address / phone across the web
03

SEO & Local Search

Ranking for "roofer in Wake Forest" is a different job than ranking nationally. We build the site and the ongoing writing around the searches people in your towns actually type.

  • On-page SEO & technical cleanup
  • Local keyword & "near me" targeting
  • Ongoing blog / content strategy
  • Monthly reporting you can actually read
04

Custom CRM & Business Software

Most CRMs were built for software salespeople, not for a crew that bids Tuesday and starts Thursday. We build systems around how your jobs really move: lead comes in, estimate goes out, crew gets scheduled, invoice gets paid.

  • Custom lead & pipeline tracking
  • Job costing, scheduling & crew management tools
  • Customer portals for quotes, invoices & project updates
  • Built to grow with your business — no per-seat licensing markup
05

Marketing & Software Integrations

Your website shouldn't be its own island. We connect it to whatever you already run, HubSpot, JobNimbus, QuickBooks, so a lead lands where your office is already looking.

  • CRM integrations — HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus & more
  • Marketing automation & email/SMS platform connections
  • QuickBooks & accounting system integrations
  • Custom APIs connecting your site to any tool you run on
06

Custom Tools for the Field & Office

A template site can't do the odd jobs a contractor needs. We build the small, specific web apps that do, for the crew in the truck and the person running the schedule.

  • Estimating & quoting tools
  • Scheduling & dispatch software
  • Equipment / fleet tracking
  • Client-facing project portals
Custom Widgets

Calculators and sliders that live right on your site.

A website can do more than sit there. These two widgets were built for real clients, a pool company and a roofer here in Raleigh. Go ahead and play with them.

Live Demo · The Real Calculator Built for Cadmus

Instant Roof Cost Calculator

This is the real four-step estimator from Cadmus Construction's site, running here as a demo. Homeowners get a ballpark before they pick up the phone, and Cadmus gets a lead. Try it. Anything you submit here comes to us, not to Cadmus.

4Estimate
What's the property address?

We use this to prepare your personalized estimate.

What type of roof are you considering?

Choose the material you're most interested in — a real inspection can compare others.

Let's trace your roof

We'll pull up a satellite view of your address — trace the outline of your roof and we'll calculate the area automatically.

Where should we send your estimate?

Enter your details to unlock your personalized estimate. This demo routes to The Digital Keystone — no pressure, no obligation.

By submitting, you agree to be contacted about your roofing estimate. We never sell your information.

Your Estimated Range
$— – $—

This is a preliminary estimate based on typical Triangle-area pricing — not a formal quote. A real inspection confirms exact scope, materials, and final price.

    Free Calculators & Before/After Slider

Roof cost estimator result screen showing a price range, roof surface area and the adjustments applied

Four tools any contractor can put on their own site for free. Three calculators where a homeowner answers a few questions, leaves their contact details, and sees a price range built from your rates (every estimate lands in your inbox), and a before/after slider for your own project photos. Set it up once, copy three lines of code, done.

    Full-Service Development

The website is usually just the first job.

Once the site is live, most contractors are still running the business out of five logins that don't talk to each other. Leads get retyped into a CRM. Invoices live somewhere else. We build the software that closes those gaps, shaped around how your office works instead of how some vendor thinks it should.

    Custom CRM & Business Software

Built around how you sell and how you run jobs. You shouldn't have to change how you work to fit the software.

    Marketing & Software Integrations

Your site wired into the CRM and the tools you already pay for, so nobody retypes a lead by hand.

    FAQ

Questions we get on most first calls.

01Do I own the website once it’s built?

Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, the site and everything in it is yours. We don't lock anything to our platform and there's no subscription keeping it alive.

    02Do you host the website?

No. You keep your own hosting, so you're never stuck with us to keep the site online. We'll recommend a good host and set it up for you if you want.

03How long does a build take?

A Starter site usually takes three to five weeks from kickoff. What stretches it is almost always waiting on photos, license numbers and project details from your side, so have those ready and it goes quick.

04Can I update the site myself later?

Yes. WordPress is built for it and we'll show you how. If you'd rather never touch it, updates are included in the Full-Service package.

05I already have a website — can you fix it instead of rebuilding?

Sometimes. We'll look at what you have and tell you straight whether it's worth saving. Often it is. Sometimes a rebuild is cheaper than patching, and we'll say so.

06Do you only work with construction businesses?

Construction and the trades are what we know, and it's why the sites are built the way they are. If you're in another line of work, reach out anyway. We'll tell you if we're a fit.

    Not sure which package fits?

Tell us about the business and we'll point you at a starting point. No pressure, and no pitch deck.
